We’re proud to share that Pex was named in Built In’s 2022 Best Places To Work Awards on the Best Remote-first Companies list! The annual awards program includes companies of all sizes, from startups to  enterprise, and honors both remote-first employers as well as companies with offices in the eight largest U.S. tech markets.

“We’re thrilled to be honored for the culture and benefits we offer to our fully-remote organization,” said Amadea Choplin, Chief Operating Officer at Pex. “Our global team is located across 16 countries and we are proud to have people at Pex from various cultures and backgrounds. Becoming a remote-first company has allowed us to hire the best talent in a way that provides our team with flexibility and stability during these unprecedented times.”

Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation, benefits and companywide programming. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI and other people-first cultural offerings.
